Single Chamber Magnetic Level Gauge and Dual Chamber Magnetic Level Gauge Solutions
JMG magnetic level gauges offer high flexibility in terms of design, custom components, and materials. Our engineering and manufacturing processes ensure compliance with the highest industry standards. We fabricate ASME B31.1/B31.3 compliant level gauges, with all welding performed in accordance with ASME Section XI standards. For applications requiring the highest level of certified construction, we offer optional ASME Code U and S stamped gauges and PED-compliant gauges.

- Material Options: Chambers are available in a wide range of materials, including 316/304 SS, Hastelloy C, Inconel, Titanium, and CPVC, to ensure compatibility with diverse process fluids.

Advanced Design Features
Jogler’s single-chamber magnetic level gauge and dual-chamber magnetic level gauge models incorporate superior design elements to ensure reliable performance. We use extruded outlets to create branch connections, which provide a smooth, full-bore float path and eliminate the chamber distortion common with welded fittings.
Our deep-drawn floats minimize welds, thereby reducing the likelihood of stress cracking and failure. For enhanced process control, the single-chamber magnetic level gauge can be coupled with a magnetostrictive level transmitter and/or Jogler point level switches. A dual-chamber magnetic level gauge configuration enables the installation of redundant level measurement technologies on a single set of process connections.
