Advanced Magnetic Point Level Switch Technology
The JS-10 magnetic level switch (1 amp) and JS-30 magnetic level switch (3 amp) are magnetically actuated point level switches. They are specifically engineered as switches for magnetic liquid level indicators. Magnetic coupling through the chamber wall keeps the magnetic point level switch completely isolated from process fluid and pressure. This non-invasive design allows setpoints to be adjusted on the fly without requiring process piping, valves, or system shutdowns.
To ensure consistent operation in challenging plant conditions, an internal bias magnet is utilized to maintain the state of the magnetic point level switch. This unique design prevents false tripping, making the unit an ideal High-vibration magnetic point switch. Furthermore, these devices function as SPDT and DPDT point level switches, available with either a Single Pole Double Throw (one internal switch) or Double Pole Double Throw (two internal switches) configuration to meet specific control requirements.
