Simple and Reliable Direct-Reading Liquid Level Indicators
Jogler direct-reading liquid level indicators are designed for reliability and ease of use. The core components consist of an armored shield or lantern-style cage, the sight tubing, and patented PTFE Superseal inserts. This simple design ensures maintenance-free operation, as only the Superseal inserts and the sight tubing are exposed to process fluids. Unlike traditional sight gauges that require frequent disassembly for cleaning and inspection, Jogler gauges remain sealed and operational, ensuring an extended service life.
Patented Sealing Technology
All Jogler direct-reading gauges incorporate our patented PTFE Superseal inserts. These inserts seal on the outside diameter of the sight tube, not the ends, which allows the tube to move with thermal expansion and contraction without leaking. This design eliminates stresses caused by differential expansion between the housing and the sight tube, eliminating the need for gaskets or O-rings that require regular inspection and replacement. The result is a permanent, stress-free, bubble-tight seal.</p
